As the digital revolution unfolded, I adapted, learned, and thrived in an ever-evolving landscape. My early career was shaped by navigating the traditional structures of the Boomer generation, learning invaluable lessons about discipline, persistence, and the power of relationships.
As the world rapidly shifted, I embraced the disruptive energy of the Millennial generation. I found new ways to connect, innovate, and solve problems, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and impact. With a background in sales operations and process development, I led initiatives that streamlined workflows, fostered collaboration, and optimized performance. Alongside that, my commitment to exceptional customer service and people-first leadership has been a cornerstone of building strong, lasting relationships.
Today, I’m excited to work alongside Gen Z and the newer generations entering the workforce. Their fresh perspectives, adaptability, and tech-savvy approach inspire me to continuously evolve and stay ahead of the curve.
